6 Week Online Caregiver Support Group Pilot

When you're caring for someone else, it's easy to lose sight of your own needs. This 6-week online support group is a place to name what you're experiencing, connect with others who truly understand, and learn practices that support both you and your relationship with the person you care for.

When: Tuesdays, 12:00 to 1:15 PM ET

Dates: November 3, 10, 17, 24 and December 1, 8, 2026

Where: Online, from wherever you are

About the pilot: This is a pilot group, and your experience will help shape how Thresholds supports caregivers in the future. You'll be asked to complete a short evaluation before the group begins and another after it ends. As a thank-you for your time and feedback, you'll receive $75 Amazon gift card for attending 4 sessions or $150 Amazon gift card for attending all 6.
