The Art of Becoming: Living with Purpose, Resilience & Connection (Complimentary)

The Art of Becoming: Living with Purpose, Resilience & Connection
with Molly Prues

There's a moment many of us recognize — sometimes quiet, sometimes catching us off guard — when we sense that something is shifting.

Life looks different than it did. The roles we've played are changing. And somewhere underneath the busyness, there's a part of us that wants to be heard.

What if this stage of life has more to offer than we realize?

Join Molly for an evening of honest conversation and reflection — a chance to step back from the noise and think about what aging actually means to you. We'll look at the stories we've been carrying about getting older, where they came from, and whether they still hold up. And we'll make room for what's quietly asking to emerge.

This isn't a workshop with homework or a seminar with answers. It's a gathering — warm, unhurried, and real — for people who want to move through this chapter with more intention and less fear.

You don't need to have it figured out. You just need to show up.

Come ready to listen, share if you'd like, and reconnect with the life you're still building.

Complimentary.

Hosted by Molly Prues

Molly is a gerontologist, caregiver advocate, and the founder of VistaLynk, who brings over 25 years of experience and a deeply personal perspective to the sacred journey of aging and caregiving.

Aging has always been personal for Molly. Long before it became her life's work, she witnessed it up close — in the faces of her mother and her aunt, in the quiet conversations, the hard decisions, and the unexpected moments of beauty that surface when life slows down and what truly matters comes into focus. Those experiences didn't just inform her work. They revealed to her that aging and caregiving, when met with intention and love, are among the most profoundly human — and profoundly sacred — journeys we will ever take.

Molly's work lives at the intersection of the practical and the deeply human. She guides older adults, caregivers, and families through some of life's most meaningful transitions — helping them move beyond fear and overwhelm and into a place of clarity, compassion, and conscious presence. Through coaching, education, and program development, she helps people discover that aging, when approached with intention and awareness, can be one of life's most transformative chapters.

A passionate advocate for reimagining the way we experience growing older, Molly brings to the Tending the Sacred community a wealth of knowledge, a warm and grounded presence, and an unwavering belief that every stage of life holds beauty, purpose, and the potential for profound growth.
