Conscious aging & Caregiving
Who am I becoming as life changes?
Growing older or caring for someone we love can reshape our relationships and our sense of ourselves. Familiar roles shift. Our bodies and daily rhythms may ask something different of us. What matters most may come into sharper focus—or become harder to name.
There can be love, discovery, and closeness alongside exhaustion, uncertainty, and grief. There is room for all of it here.
At Tending the Sacred, we gather for honest conversation, shared wisdom, and practices that help us stay connected to ourselves, one another, and the sacred within these passages of life.
